"Who is the architecture bureau Baza 14?"

Baza 14 is an architecture firm originating

from the city of Yakutsk.

We create functional and aesthetic environments for people, harmoniously integrating natural and urban planning resources to support the sustainable development of cities and rural areas.

Purpose

 Since 2015, we have been actively engaged in architectural projects and have significantly expanded our activities over the years. During this time, we have gained recognition in the Republic, and now work across Russia and internationally.

Today, Baza 14 is ranked among the 100 creative leaders of Yakutia. Our firm’s achievements include:

- Eight wins in the “Small Towns and Historical Settlements” competition;

- Grand Prix winner at the "Far Eastern Architecture Festival 2023" (DV Zodchestvo);

- Winners of the master plan competitions for the cities of Grozny and Argun as part of a consortium;

- Secured 533 million rubles in funding for the development of small towns in the Republic.

We maintain partnerships with architectural firms from various countries, including the Netherlands, Iran, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. In Russia, our partners include leading architecture studios such as AM Atrium, Megabudka, Asadov Architectural Bureau, Strelka KB, Master’s Plan, and others.

Our mission is to support people in their pursuit of perfect harmony with their environment and culture, and to inspire the creation of spaces that enable a meaningful way of life.

We study and carefully preserve the cultural identity of a place. Our vision is rooted in history and tradition, closely intertwined with architectural expertise.

The core values of our firm are people, environment, and quality.

We shape our workflows into a holistic, sustainable system — both in project development and in our relationships with partners, suppliers, and contractors.

Our portfolio includes a number of landmark projects, such as the first creative cluster in the Russian Far East, Labor Quarter; the Yakutsk International Airport; the Yakutian Film Pavilion; and the Park of Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Baza 14 is more than an architectural bureau.
For us, project work is more than just taking a concept through to completion — when we create high-quality spaces, we are building a better life.
