Dyikti saas

The project area is located in the very center of Churapcha village, at the intersection of the main Lenin and P. Pinigin streets. The area of the territory is 0.932 hectares.

Nearby there are: shopping centers, stores, apartment buildings, KC "Ayyllaan", RDNT "Ayylgy", kindergartens "Ulybka" and "Kaskil", S.A. Novgorodov Churapcha Secondary School, Children's and Youth Sports School, administrative buildings. At present, this area includes the public garden of Churapcha village, the condition of which does not correspond to the comfortable pastime of residents and guests of the village.

As a result of pre-project analysis and socio-cultural research, an architectural concept was developed. The idea was inspired by the work "Dyikti Saas" (Divine Time) by the national writer of Yakutia Vasily Semenovich Yakovlev - Dalan.

Vasily Semyonovich Yakulovle - Dalan (1.04.28 - 27.11.96) - People's Writer of Yakutia, winner of the State Prize named after P.A. Oyunsky, candidate of pedagogical sciences, academician of the Academy of Spirituality of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), member of the Union of Writers, member of the Union of Journalists, awarded the Order of Friendship, headed the commission for awarding the State Prize named after A.E. Kulakovsky, was a member of the Public Advisory Council under the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

His works are highly appreciated and loved by the people. One of his best works is "Dyikti Saas" ("Beautiful Time"). The work tells about the life of high school graduates living in the countryside. It is about a marvelous time: youth and friendship, love and life that beats the key, self-affirmation, confusion of feelings and the value of choice. The story energizes young people for good deeds and actions, has a light thought.

The organization of the area is based on the core values of the work: love, friendship, youth, truth, knowledge and a time capsule.

"Love" is located on the side of the registry office building. It includes a photo area with flowers and a recreation area. "Friendship" consists of a lawn area, outdoor tables with chairs, a canopy and a year-round warm pavilion-cafe with a bathroom and the possibility of bookcrossing. The facade of the pavilion is decorated with the word "Aagyn" in S.A. Novgorodov's alphabet, which means "Read".

"Truth" is dedicated as a memorial to those who have gone to war. The square was formerly called "Victory Square". The territory is decorated with places of quiet rest and a memorial stand in memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.

"Yunost" includes a children's themed area. "Knowledge" is a space for mass events, an amphitheater and an area for spectators. On the perimeter of the square there is a "Time Capsule": a buffer zone, a bicycle path and a dry fountain.

The project realization will contribute to the development of service economy of the village and entrepreneurial activity of the population. Cafes, leisure activities and other spheres will create new jobs. The square will become a visiting card of Churapcha village and a place of tourist attraction.
