Incotrade - gastronomic cluster

The team was tasked with renovating an old five-story building of the former Bread Factory. At the time of the agreement, the facility was in a semi-abandoned state. Only the space on the first floor was used for retail purposes.

Inco-Trade Trading Company has been operating in the Yakutia market since 2007. Since its establishment and to this day it has been a leader in sales of exclusive food products for restaurants, hotels, gastronomic boutiques, stores and elite supermarkets in the capital.

The project included interior design of the office and staff premises, development of planning solutions and complete renovation of the facade. The main corporate colors of the brand - red and blue - were used in the work.

The brick surface of the building itself was an undoubted decoration of the facade. The walls of the fifth floor and the plane of the left end are covered with colorful images of gastronomic character. The entrance group in an expressive red design visually united the two main entrances. The result was an eye-catching and beautiful view for customers.

In the interior, work was carried out on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. The interior design was carried out in a modern minimalist style with predominance of light tones, and branded accent colors were used. When developing the planning solutions, the actual layout of the premises was practically unaffected, with open offices located on the existing extensive premises.

On the third floor there is a "demonstration" kitchen. This is a room for master classes, presentations and events related to cooking.
