Interior of the creative cluster "Labor Quarter"

Yakutsk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Area: 14,600 sq.m.

The project "Labor Quarter" is notable for the fact that it was created on the basis of an abandoned industrial building. And this makes it very different from other objects. Full reconstruction implies not only changing the appearance and concept of the building, but also deep work on changing the purpose, revision of dismantling works, removal of all necessary networks. And this is only a small part of technically complex actions.

The result of the incredibly extensive work is a fully functioning facility with a functional interior.

The creative industry space dictates the possibility of transforming a space without much effort or expense. Offices, recreational areas and all the necessary space fully provide creatives and start-ups with active communication and creative collaborations. Conditional zoning is taken into account and mobile furniture is used. Dark colors in the interior add dynamism and allow to preserve special forms, without erasing the "industrial" and "good" past.

The second life of the meat processing plant is booming. Creativity is being created here, the development of multifaceted personalities is in full swing, and the future is being built. And every corner of the interior disposes to inspiration and incredible creative impulse. The project was awarded the Gold Diploma in the category "Interior Design" of the XXII Far Eastern architectural festival "FE Zodchestvo-2023".
